  • I’m a full time coach dedicated 100% to helping founder scale their sales. While I have 15 years of enterprise sales experience in leading B2B tech sales roles at companies such as Dropbox, Slack, Google, and Twingate, I decided to go all-in on coaching in Spring of '23. Prior to going full-time in 2023, I advised founders part-time, so have helped over 40 startup founders think through their early stage sales journey.

  • The first session starts on Wednesday, February 28, 2024.

  • This is an intensive 12-week program where a small group of founders (8-10) and Peter will come together for 90 minute sessions each week around topics such as: How to Make an Effective Sales Pitch, How to Make Your First Sales Hire, and more.

    In addition to the group coaching sessions, the program also includes bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions.

  • I started the Sales Sprint, 12-week group coaching program because throughout the past several years, I’ve been getting similar questions thrown my way about how to approach early stage, founder-led sales. While each product is unique and each company does have its own unique challenges, the similarities across each founder’s sales challenges inspired me to build a dedicated curriculum around early stage sales.

    I also haven’t found a similar program being hosted by sales coaches. Specifically my focus on authentic sales and collaborating on building playbooks vs. prescribing cookie-cutter playbooks is something I haven’t seen executed on.

    Finally, I felt that with a group coaching format, like-minded founders could also learn from each other, even beyond getting direct coaching from me.

  • While I do have some limited space for 1:1 clients, the primary focus is to have founders come together in this group format so that everyone can grow and learn together. I have found through several 1:1 sessions with clients, very similar questions and issue areas come up so a group format to come together on these topics has proven to be most effective for all. Plus, the sales sprint includes 1:1 sessions every other week, too!

  • There are some founders I do support who have surpassed this monumental goal, however I have found the greatest sense of accomplishment in getting early founders through the first steps so they have the tools to exponentially succeed.
